
Creative Coping is an 8-week class designed to help participants manage stress, emotions, and life challenges through artistic and expressive techniques.
Our purpose is to provide participants with healthy, expressive tools to cope with difficult emotions, trauma, anxiety, or everyday stress—using creativity as the medium for self-discovery and emotional regulation.
