Mondays, July 11-August 15, 1:00pm-3:30pm Living Well with Chronic Pain is a 6-week workshop that teaches practical skills for living a happy, healthy life while managing chronic pain. You will learn about techniques to deal with problems such as frustration, fatigue, isolation, poor sleep, appropriate use of exercise, appropriate use of medication, effective communication, how to evaluate new treatments, and nutrition. This interactive workshop meets for two and a half hours, once a week, for six weeks. This work shop is for adults, ages 18 and older.
