Walk with Ease for Arthritis

Walk With Ease is an evidence-based program designed to help people living the arthritis better manage their pain.  It's also ideal for people without arthritis who want to make walking a regular habit.  Sessions consist of group discussion and walking.  Based on researched and tested programs in exercise science, behavior change and arthritis management, Walk With Ease is shown to:

  • Reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis
  • Increase balance, strength, and walking pace
  • Build your confidence to be physically active
  • Improve overall health
When you sign up for Walk With Ease, you'll join a group that meets for 1 hour, 3 times a week, for 6 weeks.  A certified leader provides information, support, and the tools you need to help you set and reach your goals.  Some offerings are Self Directed  with one weekly meeting with a Health Coach.
