Build your confidence to be physically active
Improve overall health
When you sign up for Walk With Ease, you'll join a group that meets for 1 hour, 3 times a week, for 6 weeks. A certified leader provides information, support, and the tools you need to help you set and reach your goals. Some offerings are Self Directed with one weekly meeting with a Health Coach.
