Mondays, March 6-July 10, 8:15am-9:15am, In-Person @ Sartell Community Center. This is a year-long program that meets weekly for 16 weeks, and then monthly for the remainder of the year. Each session is one hour in length. The class is a combination of presentations, discussion, and activities with others who have similar experiences.
