Mindful Presence provides mindfulness meditation training to individuals who want to develop tools to work with challenging mind states known as hindrances, and cultivate consistency of practice when facing difficult challenges in life including pain, stress, anxiety, trauma, grief and chronic illness. Held on Tuesdays for 7 consecutive weeks.
